If you contact us in advance, we will deliver your kayak the evening before your rental at no additional charge so you have it ready the next morning without waiting for an afternoon delivery.

DISCOUNTS
Tours: If you book a tour of 6 or more people, your group will receive a 10% discount by entering code “Marathon6” on the checkout page. We cap our tour sizes at 12 people but can accommodate private parties of any size.
Rentals: We offer 10% off to all rentals of $250 or more by entering coupon code “rentalten”, 15% off to all rentals of $500 or more by entering coupon code “rentalfifteen”, and 20% off to all rentals of $800 or more by entering coupon code “rentaltwenty” at the top of the checkout page.
Refund and Cancel Policy
If we cancel for any reason (i.e. weather), the customer always gets a 100% refund minus the 3% booking fee. If the customer cancels 24 hours or more before their booking, they receive a 90% refund. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before their booking, they receive an 80% refund. If the customer cancels less than 1 hour before their booking, they receive a 50% refund. If the customer misses their booking and does not call us before the launch time, they are considered a no-show and there is no refund. Instead of canceling, the customer can always reschedule for free as long as they reschedule more than 2 hours before the tour they initially signed up.
