By booking a rental, tour, or other service through www.keykayak.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Responsibility:
Participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a responsible adult. You are responsible for your own safety and for using all equipment properly and responsibly.
2. Safety & Waivers:
All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activity. Personal flotation devices (life jackets) are required at all times while on the water.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
Weather-related cancellations will be refunded or rescheduled at the discretion of Florida Keys Kayak and Paddle Board LLC.
4. Damage or Loss:
Customers agree to cover the cost of any loss or damage to kayaks, paddleboards, or other equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
5. Conduct:
Florida Keys Kayak and Paddle Board LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Florida Keys Kayak and Paddle Board LLC is not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property during or as a result of participation in any rental or guided activity.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
