This tour is not as impressive as the Marathon location, but if you are staying in Key Largo or Tavernier it is much closer and far more convenient than driving to Marathon.

The Tavernier Mangrove Eco Tour takes place in the Tavernier Creek mangroves, home to a wide variety of wildlife and a very good chance of spotting a manatee. These mangrove tunnels are just wide enough for kayaks and let you slip off the beaten path into parts of the Keys many visitors never see. The route is an easy to moderate adventure suitable for most paddlers.
